Certain items are labeled as “Backordered.” Delivery times vary depending on the item as some of these items ship from the different manufacturers.

Backordered items in an order will not delay us from shipping out any items we have in stock.

All items we offer online we keep in stock, ready to ship. But from time to time we can run out of stock for many reasons, eg- the item has been very popular or we are waiting for new stock to arrive from the manufacturer and there has been a delay. If a product is Backordered, you will be notified by email and on your invoice receipt.

Out of Stock Items

Our website is updated daily. Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally sell out of particular items after it has been ordered. In that case, we will notify you as quickly as possible and you will not be charged for that item. If your order contains multiple items, we will adjust the out-of-stock item off of your order so that we can send the remaining items out to you without delay.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order after it has already gone through, give us a call as soon as possible 08-9250-2367 so that we can put a stop to your order. If your order has not yet shipped, you will not have been charged (the pending authorizations will come off within a few business days). If your order has already shipped, you can either refuse the package or send it back marked “Return to Sender.” Once we receive the package back we will credit your account.

If your order contains Backordered items, we will also cancel them.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Have ready your invoice number (found in your mailing label “Invoice Enclosed” pouch).

If we have the same product in stock, we can send you a replacement product. Please contact us by phone 08-9250-2367 or email and we’ll get you sorted.

Note – All new products come with a manufacturers warranty (please refer to the manufactures website for individual warranties or contact us for more info on he products warranty). No warranty will be granted for misuse or alternations to the product(s) purchased. It is to our entire discretion whether it is a warranty claim or not after investigating the claim. 90% of warranty repairs will be carried out by us. We will under no circumstance post or hand over bow parts for self-installation. If a product was purchased with Archery Essentials, no repair charge will occur if the product is repaired by us. If a product was purchased at an unaffiliated business and warranty parts are installed, an installation fee and postage fee (if applicable) will be charged. All products purchased on this site are brand new (unless otherwise stated). We take good care of packing all goods carefully. We do not accept products for warranty repairs purchased from other stores or overseas stores, unless arrangements are made. We will charge labour and parts for those repairs.
