Stocked products will ship within 3 business days after payment is received unless out of stock. If a backorder occurs, the customer will be notified by phone or email and the waiting period will be estimated. These backordered products will be shipped the next business day after arrival. Most backorders ship within 14 days unless it is a special order item. On occasion (eg. manufacturer is out of stock etc.), the delivery can take longer, but we Archery Essentials will keep you up to date on the progress.
All products will be shipped with “Australia Post Signature Delivery”. Insurance is not included but can be added to total if requested on “Check Out”. Delivery time can vary between 1 and 14 business days. Processing time varies from 1-3 business days until a product is sent depending on the order volume we need to prepare. We don’t offer same day postal service.
We ship at flat-rate of $10 and your order ships by the standard Australia Parcel Post service. Click and Collect? – want to have your order paid for and ready to pick-up in person or by a friend? In-Store Pick-up saves you shipping, a quick ‘in and out’ and you’re on your way.
